Every second of load time tells the user something about your brand. A slow site says: we didn't think this through. We don't respect your time. Our engineering culture is an afterthought.
This is why at Ikazesol, a Lighthouse score of 100 isn't a stretch goal — it's a floor. Performance is non-negotiable because brand consistency is non-negotiable, and the speed of your site is part of your brand.
How We Get to 100
The headline technique is Next.js with Partial Pre-rendering. Static shells serve from the edge in under 50ms globally. Dynamic content streams in behind. The user sees something immediately, every time.
But the less glamorous work matters more: image optimisation (AVIF + WebP, correct sizing, lazy loading with blur placeholders), font subsetting, code splitting at the route level, and eliminating render-blocking resources.
None of this is revolutionary. It's discipline.
