Ikazesol was founded in 2013 by Kofi Mensah after five years at Wolff Olins. The premise was simple: there was a gap between the top-tier global agencies (expensive, slow, impersonal) and the local design studios (affordable, fast, but often strategically thin). Ikazesol was built to sit in that gap — boutique enough to care deeply, experienced enough to deliver at the highest level.
We started with identity work. Over time, we added strategy, then digital, then motion. Today we operate as a full-spectrum brand partner — but strategy and craft remain at the centre of everything we do. We don't offer services we can't execute at an award-winning level.
We keep the team deliberately small. Six core people, a trusted network of specialists, and a rule: no account is handed to someone who wasn't in the room when it was sold. The seniors stay senior. The work stays excellent.
We never design before we understand. Every creative decision is rooted in a strategic reason.
